With inMailX, users also have the ability to link shared mailbox folders to EDRMS or DMS locations, ensuring that emails in shared mailboxes are automatically filed.  If emails need to be stored and managed in the cloud, the inMailX Link Folders functionality can be used to easily link Outlook folders to OneDrive, Box, Dropbox or GoogleDrive folders.
